The public organization \u201cLeague of Officers\u201d was established in 2001 in Sevastopol and is a non-profit organization with the status of a legal entity. In 2014, the patriotic wing of the organization left the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the territory of Ukraine and actively integrated into the system of support for the Defense Forces of Ukraine during the repulsion and deterrence of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of September 1, 2025, the NGO \u201cLeague of Officers\u201d has branches in 8 regions of Ukraine and has 748 members. It includes: Certified Training Center, Employment Service, Legal and Psychological Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its activities, the NGO \u201cLeague of Officers\u201d pursues the following goals: <\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

socio-psychological adaptation, employment and retraining in new specialties of military personnel discharged from the Defense Forces of Ukraine and their family members;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

providing assistance to the command of the subjects of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in conducting psychological support measures for military personnel participating in hostilities<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

providing assistance in the in-depth study of the norms of international humanitarian law (IHL) by military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

informing students and teachers of secondary education institutions in the regions about mine safety rules;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

assisting in raising awareness among the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on key issues of democratic civilian control over the armed forces;<\/a>;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

raising awareness among military personnel about the rights and freedoms they have during military service;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We coordinate all our activities with state structures and international partners. During a special period (since 2014) to implement projects to address the above issues, we cooperate as implementing partners with NATO, OSCE, the Geneva Center for Security Sector Governance (DCAF), and the US Embassy in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
