Within the framework of the fifth cycle of the NATO project, which lasted from May to June 2026, 34 training seminars were held, in which more than 1,000 military personnel of various categories participated.

The training program is designed to develop the practical skills necessary to maintain the psychological readiness of personnel and effectively carry out their duties under prolonged stress. During the training sessions, the primary focus is on strengthening service members’ psychological resilience, developing self-regulation skills, mastering practical tools for managing stress reactions associated with combat experience, and ensuring effective recovery.

Close cooperation with officers from the psychological support units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine remains a key component of the project, ensuring that the current needs of the units are taken into account and enhancing the practical value of the training.

The project is coordinated within the military (forces) by the Main Directorate for Psychological Support of Personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Practical implementation is provided by the NGO “League of Officers,” which has been effectively working in the field of psychological support for service members of the Ukrainian Defense Forces since 2014.
